The high land prices, lack of manpower and the delay in the approval of projects are hindering the implementation of the My House, My Life in Paraná. The housing program, considered one of the main demands of the Lula government to the October elections, has just completed a year ago, but is still far from achieving the goal. Of the 44,172 units planned for the state, less than half had been contracted until the beginning of March: 21,052 units.
