Jean Michel Galiano, Broker and Real Estate Apolar superintendent, brought his experience here from Curitiba to Fortaleza. On August 24 he gave a lecture on "Introduction to visual communication project for sale of real estate" in the 2nd Encontrão of Realtors. Jean Michel directs, with his brother Daniel, the Apolar franchise network with over 70 stores in Paraná and Santa Catarina, in addition to connections to Sao Paulo, Paris and Miami. The General Price Index - Market (IGP-M), usually used for correction in rental contracts, increased 0.22% in the first ten days of August. In July, the same calculation period, the rate was -0.21%.
The 1st of the month prior, comprising the interval between 21 and 31 July, the three components of the IGP-M had the following paths: IPA - 0.28%; CPI - 0.07% and INCC - 0.16%.

In the Producer Price Index (IPA), the rate of change of the index for finished goods advanced 0.71%. Contributed to this movement the subgroup processed foods, whose rate rose 2.83%. At the stage of intermediate goods, the rate of change was -0.38%. The largest contribution to this slowdown started subgroup materials and components for manufacturing, whose rate fell -0.99%.
