Over a thousand people attended the 9th Annual Meeting of Apolar Homes on Saturday, 16/04. The event was attended by the Mayor of Curitiba Luciano Ducci, President of the Federal Council of Realtors (Cofeci), John Teodoro da Silva, the president of the Association of Housing and Condominium Paraná (SECOVI-PR), Liliana Ribas Tavarnaro, vice president of the Commercial Association of Paraná (ACP), Sinval Lobato Machado, Vice President of the Trade Federation of Parana (PR Fecomércio), Luiz Carlos Borges, the Mayor of Curitiba, João Carlos Derosso, and Congressman Fernando Francisquini.

Mayor Luciano Ducci presented on Saturday, 16, a thousand realtors, meeting in Santa Felicidade, the package of new structural works running and are scheduled for this year. Among the works are the Green Line and the North South extension of the Green Line, the revitalization of the Avenue Marechal Floriano Peixoto (between terminal of Carmel and St. Joseph of the Pines), Charles Street and Oak Avenue Cândido de Abreu.

The real estate franchise network Apolar just finished the process of scanning all documents assets in the lease. There are more than 350 000 documents fail to be handled within the company.

Oo For Lease Commercial Director, Henry Alberto Araujo Vianna, this initiative, as well as a pioneer in the real estate market, will eliminate the handling and transit documents, bringing greater speed, reliability and security for customers, as everything is done digitally, since the Search, preview, print to paper, optimizing time employee and customer. It was a long job, where we invested approximately R $ 150 thousand, from equipment and human resources.
